F9 Group, Inc. Expands Store Locator Service Nationwide and Add Integration with Live Operators

Irvine, CA, January 02, 2009 --(PR.com)-- F9 Group, Inc. is widely known for their phone based store locator service. Recently, F9 Group, Inc. has been integrating this award winning service with the fail over option to have calls go to a live customer service agent if the caller requests it. Calls will also go to a live customer service agent if the system feels the caller is having difficulties finding a store. The service expands beyond just the normal fail over system.

F9 Group, Inc. will also call your customers back and link them to your stores if a caller hangs up before finding a store. Automotive, Loan Modification, Mortgage, and Direct marketing companies are already using the technology, and this is expected to expand in the next year.
