UC HUB Mining Update

Los Angeles, CA, January 31, 2009 --(PR.com)-- UC HUB Group Inc, TICKER (UCHB.OB) has begun discussions with multiple groups regarding the expansion of the portfolio assets in mining and potential energy properties that could include oil and gas partners. These assets might include in some cases strategic partners and other “complimentary benefits”. The Company will update all parties on this assuming they close this deal January 30, 2009.

Also, today the Company was approached by two significant groups who want to either partner and buy certain rights, or partner as debt and or equity partners. These discussions are preliminary and have a written paper trail that requires on both sides of the equation, due diligence. However, the discussions are proceeding in a professional manner.

The other ore samples and concentrates they gathered this week have been taken to a chemical assay company for review and analysis.
