Celebrities Honored at "The High Chaparral" Tv Show Reunion October 16-18 in Old Tucson Studios, AZ

Tucson, AZ, September 09, 2009 --(PR.com)-- If you’ve often thought that meeting your favorite Western TV stars was just another faded dream, now you can make your dream come true.

The High Chaparral Reunion, a gathering to celebrate the renowned 1960's western television show, will be held in at Old Tucson Studios, Tucson, AZ on October 16 through 18, 2009. Activities include a day at Old Tucson Studios, where the original ranch house location set still stands. More than 30 stars, staff, and behind the scenes crew members of The High Chaparral plan to arrive for this 3-day event to celebrate over 40 years since it aired on NBC TV in 1968.

A Reunion has been held every other year since 2003 and provides an opportunity for national and international fans of the highly acclaimed, award winning NBC Western The High Chaparral to meet all those responsible for the series’ long-term success. It was created by Western visionary, David Dortort, who also created Bonanza.

Guests who plan to attend include Henry Darrow (Manolito Montoya), Don Collier (Sam Butler), Bob Hoy (Joe Butler), Ted Markland (Reno), Rudy Ramos (Wind), Kent and Susan McCray (Producer and Casting), Jack Lilley, Jerry Wills, and Bob Shelton (Creator of Old Tucson Studios).
