In his new position on the senior management team, Brashear will oversee professional services, from sales through delivery. Telligent professional services consultants specialize in online communication and strategize with customers to meet their unique requirements.

Prior to joining Telligent, Brashear was a professional services director of Pivotal CRM at CDC Software, where he led companies through complex, IT-enabled solutions to transform the sales, marketing and customer service processes. Previously, Brashear served as vice president of operations at Skywire Software, where he led the client project, sales and product development teams. Before joining Skywire Software in 2004, Brashear worked with Pivotal Software and Electronic Data Systems.
