Cyprus Estate Agent Fox Smart Estate Agency Increases Buyers Interest in Russia and Sweden
FOX Smart Estate agency is a Cyprus real estate agency offering properties for sale in Cyprus and rentals, via a network of offices across the island. FOX Estates recently visited Russia and Sweden to participate in property shows to present properties for sale in Cyprus to potential buyers and investors.
Nicosia, Cyprus, November 17, 2009 --(PR.com)-- During October 1st and 2nd FOX Smart Estate Agency participated in a Property Show in Moscow. During the exhibition FOX officials had a chance to meet Russian Real Estate Agents and other professionals of the country’s property sector. FOX Estates’ main goals were to promote Cyprus as a destination for holiday homes and real estate investment for Russians and to create awareness for several specific projects by Cypriot developers that FOX cooperates with.
In Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, FOX Estates co-organized and participated in the presentation of 2 projects of a Cypriot developer to a select audience of investors and high net-worth individuals. The presentation took place over lunch at the Grand Hotel of Stockholm, where potential investors were briefed about the benefits of investing in Cyprus, including advantages of taxation and otherwise.
FOX Estates intends to continue its efforts to organize events where select Cypriot developers will get a chance to present their projects to a pre qualified audience in European financial capitals.
This FOX Estates initiative and the team visiting the destinations was led by Managing Director George Mouskides.
