PR.com)-- Rolando Lacle Zuniga, partner of Consortium's office in Costa Rica, Consortium-Lacle & Gutierrez, was elected President of the International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration CICA, an institution created in 1999 by the Costa Rican-American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM).
Mr. Lacle Zuniga, specializes in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Securities Law and International Finance and has been a member of the institution for many years.
Through the CICA, Mr. Lacle Zuniga, will co-assist in achieving the objectives of the business community to offer appropriate national and international methods and prompt specific dispute resolution to the commercial arena, ensuring that employers may settle their disputes in a fast, safe, reliable and economical, with absolute privacy that will not involve a breakdown in trade relations between the parties.
