New Urban Online Television Network Promises to Fill the Void

Looking for something different to watch? Looking for something with an urban flair? It’s coming with the launch of a new online television network, Statusj. Statusj has been known for innovative live events that cater to a diverse audience, but has now expanded to become a multi-platform entertainment company; to include an online television network.

Atlanta, GA, June 06, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Statusj Network, expected to launch 3rd quarter 2011, is the newest division of the multi platform entertainment company, Statusj. The network will create, produce, market and distribute original web programming, as well as offer opportunities for distribution across other platforms.

The debut show for the network will be a mockumentary style web series, Women on Canerie Row. Described as “Real Housewives meets the Office,” the show will follow the lives of four employees at a non-profit recently selected to be profiled in a documentary. Auditions for the show have yet to be announced but will be held in the coming weeks. “Statusj has always been a fusion of entertainment and marketing,” explains Lisenby…” and now we are just bringing those elements online,” she adds. Some themes planned for the new network will be lifestyle, music, youth, food, comedy and drama.
