MindMeister Mind-Mapping Solution Now Available in SAP® StreamWork™

MeisterLabs GmbH is a launch partner of the new OpenSocial platform of SAP StreamWork™, the innovative collaboration and decision making application, including its award-winning mind mapping tool MindMeister as a free gadget.

Munich, Germany, February 18, 2011 --(PR.com)-- MeisterLabs GmbH today announced its industry-leading collaborative mind-mapping solution, MindMeister, is now available within the SAP® StreamWork™ application. MindMeister provides one-click integration to SAP StreamWork, through which users can add mind-mapping gadgets to their activities. This enables them to brainstorm and exchange ideas collaboratively with colleagues down the hall, or on a global scale with distributed teams from around the world.

Mind mapping was one of the most requested features by users of SAP StreamWork. Whether used alone on a project or collaboratively with teams, by using MindMeister integrated with SAP StreamWork, users can now sketch out ideas or plans and freely share them with colleagues. And with MindMeister’s innovative task-management and assignment features, these sketches and ideas can easily be converted into full project road maps.

“We’ve been committed to bringing easy-to-use brainstorming and collaboration tools to businesses and individuals since we opened our doors in 2007,” said Michael Hollauf, COO, MindMeister. “SAP StreamWork is a fantastic new collaboration solution for businesses. We’re very happy to support SAP StreamWork with our powerful MindMeister tool to deliver real-time idea sharing and brainstorming capabilities to customers.

MindMeister is a cloud-based service, and, as such, users benefit from real-time synchronization of their work. All changes made within the MindMeister application, in support of SAP StreamWork, are regularly saved to MindMeister’s secure data storage facility and are available at any time. For users on the go, MindMeister conveniently offers applications for use with both iPhone and iPad.

“With MindMeister now available within SAP StreamWork, our users now have a powerful, free-thinking, concept-exploring and open-collaboration option available for use at the ready,” said Holly Simmons, senior director, OnDemand Marketing, SAP.
