Halle A. Norris Promoted to Vice President of Lauren Manufacturing

Lisa Huntsman, president of Lauren Manufacturing, announced the promotion of Halle A. Norris from plant manager to vice president of manufacturing.

Norris graduated from New Philadelphia high school before earning honors in a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology from Kent State University. She holds a Six Sigma certification and has over 24 years of manufacturing experience in multiple technical and managerial functions of the business, including engineering, finance, quality, production, material optimization, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Norris was previously employed at Ford Motor Company from 1989 – 2008 where she held multiple positions. She served as continuous improvement manager for Lauren International in 2008 and plant manager of Lauren Manufacturing in 2009
In her new role, Norris has innovative ideas for company growth and future advancement. “My goal is to drive to world class standards, profitability and to exceed customer expectations,” said Norris.
