In this position, Diamond will be responsible for the management and training of WPO chapter facilitators, developing training programs and serving as a backup to the president. She has 15 years of management experience and earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from Wellesley College and her Master of Arts in Organizational Development/Psychology from Columbia University Teachers College in New York.
