Women on the Verge Invites You to Join in June

Women on the Verge founder Ana Lewis reminds you to join in the discussion of "Healing Between the Genders" on the WOTV website in June.

Tucson, AZ, June 03, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Women on the Verge founder Ana Lewis invites you to join in the discussion of "Healing Between the Genders" on the WOTV website in June and elaborates, "Celebrating our differences and eliminating sexist stereotypes helps us to unite as human beings of one race - the human race. Talk about your father, your husband, your sons, your best friends. How have they impacted your life? What are you grateful for in these lessons? How can we do better? The June focus on 'Healing Between the Genders' can help us answer these questions."

According to well-known relationship counselor and author John Gray, Ph.D. (Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus), the key is understanding and respecting the differences between the genders to maximize personal and professional relationships.

The Relationship Institute reminds us of the differences between men and women as a way to help nurture relationships. They note, for instance, that in childhood girls develop the right brain earlier than boys, leading to earlier reading, vocabulary development, and memory. Boys develop their left brain faster, leading to earlier spatial, logic, and math skills. Of course, these are generalities and both genders have the capability for these skills given the opportunity, desire, and encouragement.

With this newest hot topic, WOTV aims to honor the differences between male and female to find common ground. What have you learned from your father, brother, spouse, office mate, and how have you used that lesson in your day-to-day? Is there something you would approach differently with your friends, coworker, or son? How will you apply that experience to enrich your life?
