Attorney Alvaro Aguilar delivered a presentation on Panama real estate laws before US investors with the 2007 VIP Real Estate Mission to Panama organized by the Denver-based Chamber of the Americas

Mr Aguilar spoke about the procedure for acquiring title to property and financing a property purchase in Panama. While Panama is a booming real estate market attracting buyers from the U.S. and Europe, due diligence is necessary when purchasing rural properties. Co-author Kevin J. Mullin, J.D., CPA, LL.M.
