Lincoln Property Company Signs 108,626 Square Feet in New Leasing at Broadway 101

Mesa, AZ, July 28, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Phoenix office of Lincoln Property Company, a full-service real estate firm providing property management, receivership services, leasing, development and construction management, announced that it has added 108,626 square feet of new leases at Broadway 101 Commerce Park in Mesa, Arizona.

Boeing/Aviall, Inc., World Wide Technology, Inc., and Dragonfire Racing have added a total of 101,813 new square feet at Broadway 101. In addition, new tenant Comercializacion Y Servicios Del Norte, a construction distribution company headquartered in Mexico, has signed a 6,500 square foot lease at LPC’s Broadway 101.

Located southeast of the Loop 101 / 202 freeway interchange on Broadway Road in Mesa, Ariz., Broadway 101 Commerce Park features 808,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehouse/distribution and office space in 11 buildings.

Developed by Lincoln Property Co. in partnership with RREEF, the project site was home to a Motorola semiconductor plant for more than 30 years before it closed in 2001. LPC demolished the 1.3 million square foot plant and has worked to reclaim reusable materials at the site.
