Greystar Welcomes New Senior Director of Development
Irvine, CA, September 21, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Greystar Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce that Perry Pound has joined the company as Senior Director of Development. In his new role, Perry will be responsible for Greystar’s development activity in Southern California as well as in the Phoenix market. Mr. Pound previously led the Southern California acquisition and development efforts for Alliance Residential, JPI, BRE Properties and The Olson Company, resulting in the acquisition and development of 2,500 residential units, for a total investment of over $1 billion.

Perry attended Harvard Business School and The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and graduated with a Masters in International Business. He received his B.A. cum laude from Pepperdine University, where he served as Student Body President and as an intern for a former United States President. Mr. Pound is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Los Angeles World Affairs Council. He and his family currently reside in Redondo Beach, California.
