The Arizona Team Reviews Q1

The Arizona Team, a Scottsdale based sales and marketing company, announces today its operational and growth results for Q1 2012. As The Arizona Team moves through the 2012 year, they have experienced quite a busy and successful first quarter.

Scottsdale, AZ, June 29, 2012 --(PR.com)-- In review, The Arizona Team reported that the first 3 months of the year nearly tripled in size with two new executive level promotions. They were number one in performance and customer acquisition for their clients in their channel for each month. In addition, The Arizona Team has been busy with several new projects and charity events within the community.

The first quarter results were impacted on extraordinarily strong leadership throughout the company and community, with a focus on building results. They began the year with a promotion from an Assistant Management position to a Senior Executive position. This promotion was obtained through hard work, leadership, high performance and productivity, and high growth initiatives. With the same abilities and initiatives, and in just a few short days, they were able to promote someone from team member to a management role. These promotions open the doors to expansion with new clients and new markets.

The Arizona Team is a company built around relationships. Putting people together with a plan to achieve their goals is what they do. Their employees develop an appreciation for discipline and follow through, as they work hand in hand with the most energetic go-getters around the Greater Phoenix area. Being focused on entrepreneurship, community involvement and personal development, they have brought a new meaning to work life balance. Their people advance, without exception, purely on the results they generate.

In addition to promotions and expansion, The Arizona Team rolled up their sleeves to help out with several local charitable organizations. The first organization they partnered up with was Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Around the time of Valentine’s Day, The Arizona Team geared up to spend time with their loved ones. They quickly discovered that many children that are ill do not get the chance to spend time with their loved ones or enjoy a box of chocolates. Therefore, The Arizona Team quickly resumed the role of creating home-made Valentine’s Day cards to pass out to terminally ill children at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. The children were delighted to receive these cards on this loving day. Shortly after, The Arizona Team put together their 2nd Annual Golf Classic to benefit Children First Academy of Phoenix. According to city-data.com, Phoenix’s poverty level has been near twenty-one percent since 2009, with forty percent of those as children. Children First Academy allows these families and students a place to gain education. Each and every student is currently homeless. The school provides support, stability, and hope for kids amid a chaotic world of homelessness and hopelessness.

The Arizona Team is currently working with Make-A-Wish Foundation to host a basketball tournament with all proceeds going to their organization. In addition, another two promotions with expansion to new markets are in the works.

They are continuing to be number one in their client’s channel for productivity and customer acquisition and are confident in their growth for 2012.

The Arizona Team creates lucrative partnerships through a personal commitment to profitability for our clients and employees. Az is dedicated to the personal and professional growth of our employees creating life-long friends and business partners.
