That's why founder of GoFish Commercial, Kristi Oman decided to take matters into her own hands after spending countless hours and hundreds of dollars subscribing to commercial multiple listing sites only to find out the listings were old and outdated. Oman created the site www.gofishcommercial.com intending to provide a free listing and free search service product that was both continually updated and easy to use.
Oman stated, "I was tired of having to pay for commercial property listings that ended up being one or two years old... I figured there must be a better way to make commercial real estate information more accessible to brokers, owners and consumers. Since I couldn't find what I was looking for, I decided to create my own site that was fun and easy to use while striving to be the largest and most accurate database of commercial property in Minnesota."
The official launch date for www.gofishcommercial.com will be August 1, 2007.
