Innovative Professional Network In Model Health Officially Launches in Miami

Miami, FL, January 02, 2013 --(PR.com)-- This December saw the official launch of In Model Health, Miami’s newest professional network aimed at the model community. To mark the occasion over fifty guests attended an invite-only celebration at Haven Lounge on South Beach. In attendance were notable models and agencies from Miami’s esteemed fashion community.

The central idea of In Model Health, founded by long-time model Julie Hooper, is to provide working models with a strong network of handpicked professionals to help them navigate the industry and the issues they may encounter. This exceptional network is comprised of certified coaches in every field from nutrition to addiction to personal training. Hooper knows the pressures found within the industry and felt compelled to offer a solution to models that may be struggling saying, “I started this company to give back to the industry and to fill a void. As models we are under many outside pressures to look and act a certain way; most times without the support to do so healthfully. In Model Health is a network of trusted hand selected coaches that provide a safe space where our clients can talk about issues and health concerns that affect them."

In Model Health is on a quest to influence the health and beauty of the fashion industry by bringing authenticity, balance and sustainability to the lifestyles of models and consequently becoming a catalyst for positive social change. The overwhelming response this message received at the launch party proves the future is bright for In Model Health. Keeping the momentum going, Julie Hooper and In Model Health’s Director of Coaching Samantha Caplan will launch a model boot camp and a series of webinars in January 2013. More information about both can be found on their website, www.InModelHealth.com.
