Fashion That Defines Those Incomprehensible Whines and Babbles

Everyone wants something they can connect to; Baby's Language is connecting Moms and Babies world wide through their apparel.

Greenwich, CT, October 18, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Feeling your child's thoughts by teaching life.

If you've ever tried to understand what an infant or toddler was trying to convey when they spoke baby talk and passionately uttered "baah baa" or "na naa," then it's time for you to meet Lisa Santos. A Milford, CT mother who pays close attention to her young one, she has devised her own unique system of interpreting "Baby's Language. ®" With equal parts of love and humor, she'll not only have you listening intently to baby's babble, but she'll have you lining up for "Baby's Language's®" high fashion tee shirts and accessories.

"It all started when I wanted to send my little one off to nursery school in a soft, 100 per cent organic cotton, comfortable tee shirt with a witty and/or meaningful saying on it," explained Santos. "I shopped around but only found a lot of negative messaging that I just didn't want on my child. So I sat down and designed my own tee shirts taking my cue from my wonderful chatty infant." Because she really cared about baby's comfort, she wanted tagless tees, woven labels and insisted that the organic product be manufactured in the United States.

Once she had her designs she brought them to Damon Testani, formerly a Monroe resident and now a graphic artist in Fairfield, who ordered the tee shirts and printed the clever baby babble. The two of them liked each other's work and decided to start selling them on the Internet.

Both clever artists with plenty of creativity and drive, they soon discovered that there was a real market for their high end, custom tees. The Internet orders forced them to develop high end packaging to properly reflect their creations. Satisfied customers started spreading the word. Special requests started coming in for tee shirts for twins. They came up with one shirt that reads "1 of 2" and the other that reads "2 of 2." There are many variations for this including one tee that features the letters "LO" and the matching tee that features "VE." They even have hats that read "tw" on one cap and "in" on the other or "Copy" on one and "Paste" on the other.

Because the Milford based business is growing in leaps and bounds and because these young artists have no end to their imagination they met with SCORE, retired professionals who are helping them take the giant step from a small business to a big success story.

Lisa firmly believes that understanding your child's needs and responding appropriately are key to developing a strong relationship with your child. Early conversation needs to be listened to, encouraged, and enjoyed. These qualities are behind the Baby's Language® rising star. These precious baby fashions are expanding to retail outlets.
