Warren Kruse, VP of Data Forensics at Altep, Inc., will serve as a panelist at the Masters Conference for Legal Professionals held July 23 in Philadelphia.

Titled “Cloud Computing, Mobile Device Usage - Challenges it Brings to Your Litigation,” the panel will provide a framework for analysis of organizational risks and benefits associated with moving ESI to the Cloud. Issues to be discussed include potential cost savings, data privacy considerations, enforcing retention schedules, managing backups, the risks of commingled data, and key considerations for negotiating contracts with Cloud service providers.

The Masters Conference will be held Tuesday, July 23rd in Philadelphia, at the Union League of Philadelphia.

A frequent lecturer on computer forensics, incident response, and cybercrime, Warren currently serves as the President of the Digital Forensics Certification Board. He has lectured internationally for groups including the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the High Technology Crimes Investigation Association and the Information Systems Security Association.

With credentials including Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Warren is a member of the High Technology Crimes Investigation Association, the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists, the Electronic Crime Task Force, and numerous other professional organizations. He is the co-author of “Computer Forensics: Incident Response Essentials.”
