Employee Solutions Expands Dallas Operations

Dallas-based Employee Solutions expands its presence with two more offices to provide staffing services to light industrial, administrative, and call center companies.

Dallas, TX, August 08, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Employee Solutions, a leading provider of custom staffing services for light industrial, administrative, and call center companies, is expanding its operations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with new branch offices in Irving and in Lancaster.

This is Employee Solutions' latest expansion announcement, following recent news about its expansion in Houston and in Tulsa, Oklahoma, a new market for Employee Solutions and its first operations outside of Texas. The expansions reflect Employee Solutions' strong growth, continuing a trend that began in 2012.

The new Irving branch office, with three staff members, is located near I-635 and Luna Road, in a fast-growing area that is home to an increasing number of light industrial operations and call centers.

The new Lancaster office, also with three staff members, is located along the rapidly developing I-20 corridor, an area heavily geared toward light industrial, distribution, and manufacturing companies. This area of south Dallas County has seen major warehouse development in the past year, and has been described as one of the hottest industrial markets in the country.

These two offices bring Employee Solutions' total number of branch locations to 11, with 10 of them in Texas. In the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Employee Solutions now has offices in Richardson, Farmers Branch, Grand Prairie, North Richland Hills, Irving, and Lancaster, in addition to its Plano headquarters. It has two offices each in Austin and Houston.

The new offices are an addition to four new offices that Employee Solutions opened in 2012, and the company is now averaging more than 3,000 associates per day placed with clients. David Bristol, CEO of Employee Solutions, said the new offices and expanded operations reflect the company's strategy of expanding throughout the region and targeting areas of concentrated commercial development.

"More and more companies are turning to staffing firms to manage their workforce so they can focus on their core businesses," Bristol said. "The goal of our recent expansion is to be where our potential clients are, especially as we move through this year and into 2014. Working with us removes any uncertainties by companies about their requirements under the Affordable Care Act, especially in light of the delay in implementation of the employer mandate. They are freed to base their staffing on business needs rather than on health insurance concerns."

Employee Solutions, in the staffing business since 1997, is expert at managing large flexible workforces. Its knowledgeable professionals can help companies devise staffing plans tailored precisely to their needs.
