)-- A northwest Ohio Wendy's International franchise owner has published an Android App in Google Play for customers to download and use to receive mobile coupons, share experiences with others and engage with the stores in the greater Toledo area.
The Wendy's group worked with WhizFish, an interactive agency in Toledo, Ohio, that specializes in helping restaurant groups to connect with their ever-growing mobile audience. The company will also be publishing an iPhone app and a mobile friendly website for Wendy's northwest Ohio.
Company CEO Betsey Duggan said, "We are honored to work for one of the top franchise owners with Wendy's International. We feel confident that using apps will help encourage customer repeat visits, and increase store sales. The day has come when customers' preferred method of communication is a smartphone or tablet."
The app will have location based couponing, loyalty features, menu items, specials, and a Fan Wall to name a few features.
