)-- The UK’s leading independent recruitment process outsourcer (RPO), Omni Resource Management Solutions, has appointed Martin Wainman to the newly-created senior position of Business Development Director, as it responds to heightened demand for RPO services.
Wainman brings over 20 years’ extensive experience to the role and will oversee all aspects of business development, holding responsibility for devising, implementing and overseeing commercial growth strategies to increase market share.

Wainman joins Omni having previously led highly successful and impressive strategic development projects at recruitment service provider Reed Managed Services and, most recently, at Vision Security Group, a top national supplier of security solutions.
Further positive signs that the market is enjoying sustainable growth comes as UK businesses are increasingly looking to scale up their workforce and strategise for long-term expansion and recruitment drives. Statistics revealed in the 2013 UK Recruitment Index from Deloitte and the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) demonstrated positive trends within the UK professional recruitment sector, with nearly three-quarters of firms surveyed reporting an improvement in business.
