)-- RoseBay International Inc. has announced the addition of William “Bill” Dubbins and Raymond “Ray” Shope as Property Managers in the Bradenton office.
Bill Dubbins has four years of experience in residential sales and property management with Coldwell Banker in downtown Sarasota. Prior to his career in real estate, he served 30 years in the furniture industry in sales and operations management, including nine years with Kane’s of Sarasota and 13 years with Rhodes Furniture, where he was awarded the President’s Award for Excellence in Customer Service.
A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Dubbins studied Business Administration at Cuyahoga Community College. He believes “Good communication is the cornerstone of any successful relationship” and his experience with home renovations contributes to providing clients with excellent service.
Customer service has become second nature to Ray Shope, who brings 12 years of real estate and property management experience and 20 years in hotel management.

A native of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, Shope studied Business Management at Okaloosa Community College. He is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
