Voice Ethiopia Launches Campaign to Support Development of Future Global Leaders

Voice Ethiopia announced today the launch of its first fundraising and advocacy campaign, with a goal of raising money to sponsor a student at the International Leadership Academy of Ethiopia (ILAE), an innovative nonprofit college prep school providing its students with a quality education, setting them on the best path toward achieving their career goals.

New York, NY, November 28, 2013 --(PR.com)-- This holiday season, Voice Ethiopia plans to make a big impact on the life of Adugna, a fourteen-year-old member of ILAE’s inaugural student class. A ninth grade student and physics enthusiast, Adugna strives to fulfill his dream of becoming an airline pilot.

With a commitment to his own education, a clear goal for his future, and the drive to accomplish this goal, there is no doubt Adugna has the passion, intelligence, and mindset needed to succeed. What is uncertain is whether he, and students like him, will have the resources to reach their full potential, and live the lives they deserve. Voice Ethiopia is working to ensure Adugna has the educational opportunity needed to achieve his dreams by raising money to sponsor his education for the year.

Voice Ethiopia has joined #GivingTuesday to share Adugna’s story, to come together with others in a unified message, and to inspire people to make a difference. To help Adugna’s dream become a reality, an online donation can be submitted at ilacademy.org/get-involved.html. Checks with “Voice Ethiopia” in the subject line can be mailed to International Leadership Academy of Ethiopia, PO Box 20034, Seattle, WA 98102. 100% of donations go toward education funding at ILAE.
