New Roadmap Planning Templates Added in PinkATLAS™

Burlington, Canada, November 29, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Pink Elephant announced it has added eight new templates as part of its latest monthly release of PinkATLAS, the company’s IT Service Management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) online resource center. The November 2013 PinkATLAS release adds a new set of roadmap planning templates which can provide critical direction to a program team when initiating an ITSM program. These templates help guide high level planning that is essential for getting a successful ITSM program started on the right foot. The new content can be found in the ITSM Roadmap Planning Templates section of the Program Management area.

Another update in the November release follows last month’s release of the Continual Service Improvement (CSI) Implementation Guide: CSI documents have been shifted from other sections to the more relevant Continual Service Improvement Practice area.

Pink Elephant’s resource additions reflect the latest revisions of ITIL 2011 and are now available for download to PinkATLAS subscribers. The updated resources are as follows:
