-PHR/SPHR/GPHR Certification Study Course: What’s It All About?” is a free one-hour presentation that will help attendees determine whether or not an HR certification is right for them. During the program, attendees will discuss benefits of HR certification, as well as the challenges presented by certification exams. Additionally, participants will learn about the best ways to prepare for certification exams, receiving sample course materials from David Siler, PHR, SPHR, GPHR, who will lead the presentation. -“Fundamentals of Supervision Certification Program” is a two-day program designed to equip first- time supervisors and managers with the skills necessary to succeed. The event will focus on strategies for building trust, communicating effectively, motivating and recognizing employees, and managing conflict in the workplace.
