The Change YOU Challenge kicks off on January 13 and ends March 23. There will be four groups—women (17 total), men (17 total), couples (9 couples, 18 total), and online (34 total). Each group will meet twice a month for accountability and support. The online group will participate in conference calls. There will be responsibilities…there will be homework…and there will be prizes! The biggest prize of all, of course, is gaining confidence, becoming stronger, reaching your goals, and looking better naked!
