Aloetrade America LLC Invested in a State of the Art Aloe Plantation and Processing Factory in Mexico

Miami, FL, January 06, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Aloetrade America LLC, - a Miami, Fl. based company involved in the aloe business, completed a technology transfer package under an investment scheme for a new state of the art aloe plantation and processing plant located in Navojoa, Sonora State, Mexico. The technology transferred is related to the agricultural and industrial processes to obtain aloe juice and manufacture aloe formulations and aloe blends for industrial applications.

Aloetrade America LLC made a transfer of technology through an investment scheme, acquiring a participation in the Mexican company Aloe Eco Park SA de CV. Under such agreement, Aloetrade America LLC transfers technology related to the whole agribusiness process, starting with the aloe plantation, crop maintenance, harvesting until the final processes to manufacture aloe juices, aloe formulations and aloe blends.

Such technological package includes the design of factory layout, design of machinery and equipment for aloe processing, the transfer of know how to process and stabilize aloe juice, the formulation and development of several aloe products and the assistance to build the infrastructure until the project is completed.

Aloe Eco Park SA de CV is a New Mexican company devoted to aloe business. This new aloe factory will handle and manufacture aloe juices, formulations and blends from several aloe varieties, including aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis miller), aloe chinensis, aloe ferox, aloe arborescens and aloe saponaria varieties, to obtain raw materials and finished aloe products, most of them under Aloetrade America LLC guidance and audit.

Aloe Eco Park SA de CV is the first aloe company in the world with a high technology aloe plantation, since it has a state-of-the-art irrigation system and a dedicated meteorological station which monitor weather conditions and daily watering requirements, thus allowing a high performance aloe production.

Aloe Eco Park SA de CV will manufacture several products when the industrial plant be in operation in the second quarter of 2014. Main aloe products include aloe varietal juices - a line composed of aloe vera juice, aloe ferox juice, aloe arborescens juice, aloe chinensis juice and aloe saponaria juice-, aloe marmalades, aloe compote, and aloe formulations and aloe blends for new industrial applications, from animal nutrition to waste water treatment products.

The aloe plantation and the aloe processing factory are entirely financed by Aloe Eco Park SA de CV and their investors.

Aloe Eco Park SA de CV will manufacture these aloe products with own brands and private labelling for third parties. This new aloe factory is located in Navojoa, a southern city in the state of Sonora, Mexico, close to the U.S. southwest states of California, Arizona and New Mexico.
