Sterling Workshop Teaches Healthcare Professionals How to Grow a Practice Without Being Chained to It

Management workshop gives practice owners proven tools to manage staff and practice performance.

Glendale, CA, January 12, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Sterling consultants today announced it will deliver a two-day management workshop to train healthcare professionals on the essentials of practice management including how to grow a practice without being chained to it, how to find the right staff, how to attract ideal customers and how to effectively present treatment plans. The weekend workshop will be held on February 22 – 23, 2014, at the Marriott Marquis hotel in Atlanta, Georgia.

“Healthcare practice owners are among the most highly-trained professionals in the country,” says Sterling CEO Kevin Wilson, “yet they are not taught how to manage their practices in school. Even though they love their professions, they feel trapped in the practice which falls apart when they are out of the office. Our goal is to train the owner how to have a practice that operates well when he or she is not there.”

The workshop includes a series of owner seminars and a separate series of staff seminars. The owner seminar topics are:

How to Grow Your Practice Without Being Chained to It
How to Smoothly and Effectively Present Your Services for Sale
How to Get the Customers You Want
How to Soundly Manage Your Finances for Greater Profits

The staff seminar topics:

How to Effectively Use the Tools of Communication
How to Boost Efficiency to New Levels
How to Increase Your Value as a Staff Member
How to Treat Your Customers Well

Here is a a sampling of feedback from previous Sterling workshop attendees:

"I have had a simple concept reinforced: pay should be tied to production in order for the production to soar. It can be direct or it can be bonus, but it works! And when pay goes up, everyone is happier and works harder."—C.K., Dentist

"This was a great lecture! I learned how to be more efficient with my time, how to delegate work and how to help my staff become more successful at this.”—S.P., Office Manager
