Columbus, OH, January 17, 2014 --(PR.com
)-- A lot has changed in seven years! The business started out simply as Yun Fitness Bootcamps, using small rented spaces in Hilliard. As word got out and the business grew, new locations opened in Reynoldsburg and downtown. Yun Fitness secured its own permanent location in Hilliard and transformed into Yun FIT: The “Un” Bootcamp. Eventually, as it became obvious that Yun Fitness Systems offered so much more to its member than just “boot camp” workouts, it evolved into what it is today—Improvement Warrior Fitness.
Yun Fitness Systems also introduced LBN Online Strength & Fitness in 2010. This online library of workouts helps people get fit anytime, anywhere. It now includes over 240 workouts and has over 105 members!
In its seventh year, Yun Fitness Systems plans to go bigger than ever helping its Improvement Warriors to burn fat and reach their fitness goals. That makes it the perfect time to join! IWF workouts are enjoyable and effective. They include a variety of routines, including dynamic warm-ups, body weight intervals, and circuits featuring resistance bands, kettlebells, medicine balls, and more. You can sign up for yoga, and there are even fitness programs for the kids! IWF sessions are offered at convenient morning and evening times throughout the week, and each phase lasts four weeks with a one-week break.
