Instead of sauces, the steps of the station will consist of various pepper purees of the seven hottest chiles in the world! Yes, the new Guinness World Record Holder will be in the line-up! Chiles originating from India, Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica and Africa will be sampled.
As the race to cultivate the hottest pepper continues CaJohns Fiery Foods is encouraging consumers to look at how much actual pepper is in the hot sauce bottle. This is an opportunity to try the various peppers and find a favorite.
