gUnify & BroadSoft Collaborate with Clio to Change Legal Landscape for Call Billing and Tracking
Los Angeles, CA, February 04, 2014 --(PR.com
)-- gUnify announced a new trilateral development project with Clio, an industry leading, cloud-based practice management platform for the legal industry, and BroadSoft’s BroadWorks® unified communications platform, that automatically routes the communication logs into the Clio CRM system.
The gUnify Clio cloud connector can handle traditional hosted PBX services, while also extending the dial tone to applications. This will allow attorneys to accurately log billable hours in real time, meaning those using the system will never again work without compensation due to misreporting. As always, gUnify confidentially logs all important information, including the duration, date and time, and the contact information associated with each call.
This new collaboration, and its corresponding product, will be showcased at the LegalTech trade show to be held February 4th-6th at the Midtown Hilton in New York City. It is unique in that it is a full service provider, able to track calls from landlines, tablets and laptops, and mobile phones through integrated VOIP services. The three companies are teaming up for the first time in order to introduce a service for which we believe that firms have been waiting with anticipation.
“This project was not the result of an academic innovation consultant, but instead, it was developed with the input and commentary from leaders within the legal industry in order to best serve users. gUnify is proud to coalesce the talents of our company with those of BroadSoft® and Clio to deliver unmatched service and reliability to law firms of all sizes,” says gUnify CEO and Founder, Crisantos Hajibrahim.
We believe that the product of the collaboration is a “game changer” for service providers within the legal services industry, and will help transform the way law offices operate in terms of call billing and recordkeeping. Not only will billing be kept more accurately, but the product also saves time, offering administrative efficiencies. “Our gUnify connector for Clio will be available for free from the BroadSoft Marketplace, with only a five minute setup, and the connector is ready to revolutionize industry standards, ensuring attorneys collect for all billable hours owed,” says Hajibrahim.
gUnify was founded to give companies the ability to create a simple, seamless, and cohesive experience between telephony and other business critical applications to empower their employees to be more productive and efficient. For more information, visit: www.gunify.com
