Advanced Health Institute Reveals Business Strategy for 2014

US-based Advanced Health Institute says it intends to take a more collaborative approach to business development in 2014.

Bloomington, MN, February 09, 2014 --(PR.com)-- AHI (Advanced Health Institute, Inc.), a wholly owned US-based subsidiary of Singapore-based wound management technology group, IAHG (International Advanced Health Institute, Ltd.), has announced that 2014 will see it adopt a more collaborative approach towards business development in certain markets.

“With the introduction of the Affordable Care Act or 'Obamacare' in the United States, there is considerable pressure on healthcare providers to keep treatment costs in check and our HOOP software platform enables clinicians and healthcare bodies to do just that. That being said, however, in order to ensure sufficient penetration into a market as large as that in the United States, a more collaborative approach is definitely called for,” said Advanced Health Institute’s Rodney McGee.

Advanced Health Institute believes that by enlisting the support and endorsement of non-profit and special interest charity groups, it can bring larger healthcare groups to its table.

“In a healthcare context, special interest charities and non-profit organizations typically represent groups who otherwise may be without a voice when it comes to their healthcare needs. In particular, we’ve found that healthcare providers treating those suffering from diabetes are particularly receptive to the benefits of our HOOP software which can help expedite healing time of the diabetic ulcers many patients develop and the collaborative approach has been effective in opening doors and smoothing negotiations,” added Mr. McGee.

Advanced Health Institute has recently used this strategy in HOOP (Health Outcomes Operational Platform) software implementation overtures made to health administrations caring for veterans and various ethnic groups in the US.

HOOP is a web-based software solution that employs the tractability of cloud technology to deliver optimal care coordination. HOOP makes use of a proprietary database compiled over the last 8 years and complies with stringent regulations governing the protection of privacy of patient data in the US, Europe and several Asian jurisdictions. It delivers wound management reports, patient care plans and solutions while recording time savings on procedures and administration thereby freeing time for healthcare professionals to spend more time interacting with patients. As information is entered into HOOP, the system continues to improve its guidelines and establish supported protocols.
