Avionté Staffing Software Reports 36% Growth and 99% Client Retention for 2013
St. Paul, MN, February 18, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Avionté, a staffing software solutions provider, reported a 36% growth in revenue for 2013, making it the eighth consecutive year the company reported a revenue growth of over 35%. Avionté has been providing innovative software products to the human resources industry since early 2006 and now services nearly 7,000 staffing users across the U.S. and Canada.

“2013 was another great year for us,” said John Long, CEO of Avionté. “Avionté is continuing to grow at a rapid pace and I envision that 2014 will be an even greater year for our company in regards to product development, company growth and the service levels we’re providing clients.”

The staffing software company’s revenue growth reflects a rapidly expanding client base, which increased by nearly 30% in 2013 alone. Furthermore, Avionté maintained a client retention rate of 99% and attributes the growth and retention rates to their employee- and client-focused values.

The company’s continued success led to Avionté’s new partnership with California-based growth equity firm Serent Capital, which was announced earlier this year. “Avionté had an exceptional track record of success over the last few years by putting customers first,” said Long. “We felt that Serent was a partner that values our intense focus on service and will provide us the expertise and resources to help take the company to the next level.”

With the new partnership, Avionté plans to expand its influence within the human resources industry by pursuing opportunities for M&A more aggressively. The company’s growth has also led to a greater investment in R&D, which increased by 78% in 2013 alone. Much of this investment was used to expand the company’s resources in development in preparation for the release of version 14.1. The new version will include a new mobile application, onboarding solution and several 3rd party integrations.

“We have invested heavily in R&D in 2013, which includes targeted hiring and investment in software development tooling and infrastructure. This investment will greatly improve time-to-market and extend the overall product capabilities and quality,” said Pete Young, VP of Technology for Avionté.

Avionté increased in staff by nearly 20% last year, earning the company a spot on the Inc Hire Power Award list, which recognizes companies for creating jobs and moving the U.S. economy forward. Avionté also placed on a number of other award lists in 2013. Avionté placed on Inc’s Fastest Growing Companies list for the second year in a row and was also recognized on two Minnesota Top Workplaces lists.

Avionté was also recognized for the company’s employee volunteer efforts and donations made through their Avionté Hope Foundation, receiving an honorary mention from the American Staffing Association for its Care Award. Last year, Avionté and its employees donated nearly $40,000 through AHF to non-profits and organizations in the Twin Cities area and Nepal.
