American Eyewear Center Relocates

St. Louis, MO, February 28, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Dr. Steve Goldberg, owner of American Eyewear Center, is moving his company back to where he previously worked in 2005.

American Eyewear Center, a family-owned and locally operated business, is relocating to 10275 Watson Rd. in Sunset Hills. Dr. Goldberg worked at the very same 2,800-square-foot building when he was an optometrist for a national optical chain.

Building renovations, including eyeglass laboratory updates, will cost $20,000. The previous eyewear tenant left more than $150,000 worth of improvements including glass display cabinets, shelving and counters that are conducive to an optometrist’s needs. Hilliker Corporation agent Will Aschinger represented the tenant in this five-year lease for $15 per square foot.

American Eyewear Center was previously located in Webster Groves. The 20-year-old company provides eye examinations and offers same day service for most prescriptions.
