Broker/Owner Jane Lee of RE/MAX Top Performers, Lake Bluff, Earns National and Regional Honors for 2013 Achievements

)-- Jane Lee, broker/owner of RE/MAX Top Performers, 210 N. Waukegan Road, Lake Bluff, Ill., along with a number of the other broker associates in that office recently received special recognition from RE/MAX for their achievements in 2013.
Each year RE/MAX honors its top residential teams and brokers at both the national and regional level. Lee’s exceptional efforts in 2013 resulted in her first appearance among the RE/MAX Top 10 Residential Teams in the United States, where she ranked #8.
In the RE/MAX Northern Illinois region, Lee ranked #1 among the Top 20 Residential Real Estate Teams, and she also captured the annual award that goes to the team closing the largest number of transactions, completing 596 sales.
Each year, the sales success of RE/MAX brokers is saluted by awarding membership in one of five honorary clubs, each recognizing an important level of achievement in annual sales production.
Diamond Award Club
The Diamond Club represents the highest honor RE/MAX bestows for single-year sales performance by one of its affiliates. The average productivity achieved by members of the Diamond Club in the RE/MAX Northern Illinois network during 2013 was an astounding 63 times greater than the average earnings of a National Association of Realtors® (NAR) sales agent. Capturing this prestigious award for outstanding 2013 achievements is Jane Lee.
Those who earn membership in the 100% Club have reached an outstanding level of sales productivity. In 2013, the productivity of the average RE/MAX Northern Illinois 100% Club member was more than four times that of the average NAR sales agent. Reaching this laudable level of success are Eliana Leiva, Hope Korn, Jian Chai and Sharon Peng.
Executive Club membership recognizes a group of affiliates whose sales productivity is well above the industry norm. In 2013, RE/MAX Executive Club members in Northern Illinois were more than twice as productive as the average NAR sales agent.
