Omved's "Ayurvedic Cooking" Event Garners Huge Success in Mumbai, India

The event was organized for expats who were interested in learning a healthy and natural way of cooking. Through the session, the expert cooks instructed the participants as to how they could use Ayurvedic cooking techniques with a unique fresh taste and texture. The applicants got an opportunity to learn how to retain the life in the food through Ayurvedic cooking.
This event witnessed a strong participation of over 40 individuals and included an interactive Ayurvedic cooking demo lesson by expert Chef Ms. Radhika Jasani on how to maintain and improve one’s good health by cooking delicious meals using Ayurvedic principles.
