House of CeCe’s Enters $1.3 Billion Hot Sauce Industry

House of CeCe’s is on a mission to create sauces with a taste of savory herbs and fresh chopped (Homegrown) peppers, which will enhance your dishes to a true southern perfection.

Charlotte, NC, March 17, 2014 --(PR.com)-- House of CeCe’s, a startup specialty hot sauce company located in Charlotte, North Carolina, that produces a variety of hot pepper sauces such as; Original, Habanero, Curry Patel, Italian Basil, Jamaican Caribbean Jerk and Triple Threat, announced today that it has officially entered the profitable world of sauces.

Recently, IBIS World, an industry and market research organization, compiled a list of the 10 industries that they expect to outpace the rest of the US economy through 2017. Hot sauce production came in at No. 7, sandwiched between social network game development and green and sustainable building production. The report states hot sauce production in the US is expected to be a $1.3 billion industry by 2017.

“This is a huge, profitable market for the company with the right combination of products,” says Chris Young, House of CeCe’s CEO. “That right combination includes sauces which appeal to a variety of tastes and we feel that we’ve nailed that combination.” The industry has been heating up for the past 10 years. Moreover, with an average annual revenue growth rate of 9.3% a year, according to IBIS World. Additionally, demand for hot sauce has been driven by demographic consumption trends, immigration and international demand from Canada, the United Kingdom and Japan.

The appeal of creative hot sauces is ever-growing and many consumers are now reserving a spot on the table for at least one type of hot sauce for every meal. “There’s plenty of room for quality hot sauces in the today world,” says Young. “The key is to create a variety of hot sauces that compliment a particular food for a particular meal and at a particular time. We believe House of CeCe’s has broken the code to deliver what the consumer craves.”

About House of CeCe’s
House of CeCe’s was formed by Chris Young and as co-worker while working for a Fortune 500 company in Charlotte, NC. The customers had requested something spicier to heat their food for flavor and Young created a hot pepper sauce with natural peppers and spices. Which later became the popular CeCe’s Hot Pepper Sauce. Many customers loved it and requested the sauce by name.

House of CeCe’s is to begin mass production of its product line on a world-wide scale. The House of CeCe’s is in the process of its stage two funding project on Kickstarter and is gathering steam with investments via its company website.
