)-- More than 27,000 nursing homes and 11,000 assisted living community residents in over 1,500 facilities participated in the annual State funded survey.

Pleasant Point Assisted Living in Barberton: 98.6%
Western Reserve Masonic Community in Medina: 98.1%
The Village of St. Edward in Fairlawn: 97.8%
The Gables of Hudson in Hudson: 97.8%
