Inspired Locally to host 1st Annual free "Spring Into A Healthy You!" Event.
On Saturday, April 19th, 2014 from 10am until 8pm Iowa residents will have the opportunity to enjoy a free evening of health and wellness at the 1st Annual Inspired Locally Health and Wellness Expo to be located at the Adventureland Palace Theater in Altoona. (305 34th Ave. N.W.. Altoona, IA 50009)
Find out new ways to “Spring Into A Healthy You!” and attain soundness of the body, mind, and soul. You can also learn how to live longer, better, and happier by checking out new ideas to improve your lifestyle and sense of well-being. Learn the benefits of being healthy, being pain free, or reducing your pain levels. Find out what’s new in alternative medicine, nutrition, organic foods, being green, and so much more!
An eclectic group of more than 20 vendors and practitioners will be on hand to offer presentations and demonstrations that will both inform and entertain. Exhibitors will include cosmetologists from local salons, weight loss and fitness professionals, representatives from nutritional supplement companies, as well as traditional and alternative therapists. A variety of products and services such as life insurance, financial well-being, healthy snacks, and household items will be available for purchase.
The Health and Wellness Expo Sponsors include: US Bank, Inspired Locally, Minerals By Bee Cosmetics, Social Zing, and Edwards Garage Doors. Attendees will have access to give-away items, and demos at the event. Everyone present will be eligible to win door prizes donated by sponsors and participating vendors. Food items will be available for purchase from the concession stand at the Adventureland Palace Theater.
