Laura is one of the 25 members of Team Framingham participating in the 2014 Boston Marathon. The Town of Framingham held a random selection drawing to choose the members of Team Framingham for the upcoming Boston Marathon.

Laura has chosen to raise money for the Resiliency for Life Program at Framingham High School. It is a wonderful program that provides individualized educational and personal support systems to students who are at risk of academic failure and experiencing social and emotional difficulties. Team Framingham - Boston Marathon Fundraising Team Framingham is comprised of the 25 Framingham residents and town employees who were randomly selected in December to receive invitational entries from the Boston Athletic Association for the April 21, 2014 running of the Boston Marathon. A fundraising obligation is required of those who received the invitational entry. The minimum fundraising commitment is $500 with a goal of $2000.
