New Elesa Lock Pins in Stainless and Steel

Lock pins in stainless and steel from Elesa UK for the secure location of equipment, providing a quick temporary fix by means of rapid insertion and removal.

Metheringham, United Kingdom, May 21, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The GN214.3 (stainless) and GN214.2 (steel) lock pins just announced by Elesa are ubiquitous in situations such as fitment of lighting equipment, temporary stages, gantries and race vehicle bodies for the secure location of equipment. They provide a quick temporary fix of heavy light units and speakers by means of rapid insertion and removal. Security is provided by two end pawls which are released when the push button in the head is operated.

GN214.3 lock pins in stainless steel AISI 304 offer rugged long life in corrosive environments. GN214.2 versions in zinc plated steel offer similar performance in less aggressive situations such as shop floor applications in the quick fixing of components or parts to be machined – in particular for elements which need to be removed and reset continuously. Pin sizes are available from 6mm to 16mm dia. and 10mm to 70mm useable length between head and end pawls. A head mounted loop is provided to accept a retaining chain when the lock pin is not in use.
