In this episode of “Iyanla: Fix My Toxic Family Business,” the Sisters Tillman share their trials and triumphs in running a family business, sisterhood, children, relationships, God and all of the everyday issues that arise in their lives. Their trials deal with sibling rivalry as kids and their triumphs of a thriving business despite the recession, that assists over 100 patients daily. Like any family there are dysfunctions and emotional weight, yet the show will provide inspiring messages to many who are struggling with family business, sisterhood, and being a woman and mother in the business world. Through in depth discussions amongst themselves and Iyanla, the sisters become even closer than before.

"We hope to inspire other women across the country to live their dreams despite setbacks and set ups," said Anna Marie/ Co Founder." Building a business from the ground up, is difficult enough and when you add family to the equation, there is an added level of pressure," said Laura / Co Founder. "Yet we hope to show other women that no matter how hard it gets you can make it and family is your backbone," said Crystal, the baby of the family. The sisters built the business from scratch, starting in their basement and now have a multimillion dollar business that helps many patients. Their goal has always been to help those in need and their business provides that 365 days a year. "Running the entire operations daily is a large task and family provides challenges and comfort. Yet in the end our clients depend on us all year long and we are about our clients above all," said Crystal.

The Sisters Tillman Visions Home Health Care Company episode was chosen out of millions plus viewers/ persons, who had stories of trials and triumph. The producers of the show stated that Iyanla prayed to have a show that would feature a family owned business due to the sluggish economy and lack of jobs. She believed that a show of this type would inspire people to share their dreams with their families and see if they could create family businesses together. The OWN Network happens to have another family owned business #1 successful reality show, " Welcome to Sweety Pies." It is ironic that the Sisters's Tillman Visions Home Health Care, like Sweety Pies is headquartered in St. Louis. "We believe this is God, wanting to use our story to help other people get inspired from St. Louis to around the world," said Anna Marie. "We may use this platform of ministry to develop our own reality show, write books and produce workshops to provide a blueprint for business success and family cooperation," said Laura.
