Thousands of Fans to "Get Crackin'" at Lobster Fest - June 17-21, 2014

Come to Nicksons for their 4th Annual Lobster Fest in Downtown La Grange, right outside of Chicago. Live Music, Draft Beer, and a whole ton of Lobster.

La Grange, IL, May 30, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Nicksons 4th Annual Lobster Fest Returns June 17-21.

Chef Nick Baca and co-founder of Nicksons Eatery will create different Lobster preparations: grilled, boiled, slow simmered…like “Whole Split Roasted Lobster”, “Lobster Chowder in a Bread Bowl”, “Spicy Lobster Cobb Salad”, and more. It’s all good, very good. Everyone will be able to share in Nicksons’ love for Lobster this summer as Nicksons Eatery presents Lobster Fest from June 17th – June 21st.

Nicksons co-founder, Rich Baca is in on Lobster Fest too, bringing back the signature “Vodka Lobster Martini”, shaken with vodka, reduced lobster broth and garnished with a beautiful lobster claw. Delicious craft microbrew draft beers will be featured from Wisconsin’s Lakefront Brewery and Chicago’s Revolution Brewing Company.

This year the festivities will expand outside - featuring the “Alley Party” on both Friday June 20th and Saturday, June 21st – Featuring Live Music from different Indie Artists.

“We know that people will want to go out to eat this summer, and to be able to have a perfectly prepared Maine lobster straight from the ocean to downtown La Grange, to your table at Nicksons Eatery is a pretty tempting treat. During Lobster Fest, we are preparing Lobsters differently, we’ve had fun coming up with some of our favorite ways to present it”, explains Chef Nick Baca. “We are excited once again to bring Northeastern Regional Cuisine to downtown La Grange, IL,” says Nicksons co-founders.
