REBSEA members are committed to working with clients to ensure that they receive the professionalism required for transactions as well as supporting a Nonprofit of their choice. REBSEA members have donated to and support hundreds of Nonprofits across the U.S. and Canada
REBSEA members are Realtors and Agents from well known national franchises such as Keller Williams, ReMax, Exit Realty, Better Homes and Gardens, Berkshire Hathaway etc…,as well as regional firms such as United Realty Group, Warburg, etc… and many smaller local independent companies with deep roots in their communities. REBSEA Founding Members have been donating to and been actively involved with Nonprofits for many years. Now REBSEA Charter Members are joining them in reaching out to engage Nonprofits in their communities.
An example of a typical transaction would be a REBSEA member representing either the buyer or seller of a $300,000 home. Assume the commission rate was 6%. the total commission on the sale would be $18,000, with the REBSEA agent receiving $9,000 and donating a percentage of that to a Nonprofit organization.
REBSEA is currently recruiting Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers/Lenders, and Insurance Agents and expects to have coverage in every city, town, and province throughout the United States and Canada.
