Marilyn Clark is a partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP. She joined Dorsey’s Labor and Employment group in 2006, and her practice consists of both litigation and advice services in a broad range of employment matters. In addition to representing clients in various state and federal courts, she has advocated for individuals and businesses in arbitrations, mediations, and administrative proceedings, including proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and various state unemployment and civil rights divisions.
