)-- Forcura, LLC, a leading provider of document management and document workflow software and services for the healthcare industry, today announced the appointment of Christopher L. Haley to its Board of Managers. In this role, Mr. Haley will manage the Company’s strategic planning process and will work closely with Craig Mandeville, CEO and Founder of Forcura, to ensure that the Company grows in a scalable, sustainable and client-focused manner.

Mr. Haley is a Principal with Harbor View Advisors, LLC, a boutique investment bank that combines the strategic thinking of a consulting firm with the execution experience of an investment bank to provide clients with the full spectrum of guidance they need to achieve their long term goals. Prior to Harbor View, Mr. Haley was Chief Operating Officer at Knowledge Infusion, LLC, a leading provider of strategic and deployment consulting services for Human Capital Management technology that was acquired by Appirio, Inc. in November of 2012. Prior to joining Knowledge Infusion, Chris was Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel of Black Diamond Performance Reporting, LLC where he helped grow the company from $1.5 million in revenue to more than $12 million in four years and helped manage its $73 million acquisition by Advent Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: ADVS) in June of 2011. Mr. Haley began his career as an associate attorney at Bass, Berry & Sims PLC, where he provided a variety of general, corporate and transactional counsel to his clients throughout their lifecycles.
Mr. Haley graduated from the University of Mississippi, where he received a Bachelor of Accountancy, magna cum laude, and a Master of Taxation. He received his juris doctorate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee School of Law. Following law school, Mr. Haley obtained his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
