)-- Terlam Women's Wellness is proud to host the first annual Women's Health Education Week from Friday, July 25th through Friday, August 1st. This event is was developed by co-owner Joshua Williams to provide education around women's health issues. He states, "So many of our members suffer from issues like fibromyalgia, joint pain and menstrual pain. Traditionally, health facilities do not offer help in these areas. Our goal is to provide a holistic approach to women's health."
Many of the seminars will be taught by Seth Fesler, LMT, NCBTMB, and founder of Skill Formatted Therapy, a nationally certified therapeutic method. Seth has devoted his life to providing therapy through natural, kinesthetic methods across various modalities, that allow relief from pain by reconnecting the mind / body. He believes that true success is measured when clients are educated and able to take control of their own health and wellbeing, living a pain free life. Seth will teach the following seminars:
A Principled Approach to Fibromyalgia, Friday, July 25th, 4-5pm
Workplace Burnout, Monday, July 28th, 4-5pm and 8-9pm
Minimizing Menstrual and & Menopausal Pain, Tuesday, July 29th, 4-5pm and 8-9pm
Minimizing Joint Impact, Thursday, July 31st, 12-1pm
Navigating Health Care, THursday, July 31st, 8:30-9:30pm
In addition, trainer and nutritionist Carolyn DeMaio will offer "Health & Nutrition for Teens and Moms" on Wednesday, July 20th from 8-9pm and Certified Life Coach, Susie Robinson will provide a seminar entitled "Seven Roadblocks to Moving Forward with your Life" on Friday, August 1st from 4-5pm.
Price: $40 for all seminars, or $15 per seminar.
