Cushman & Wakefield Names Larry Richey Florida Market Leader

Tampa, FL, October 14, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Building on recent successes, Cushman & Wakefield has restructured its leadership in Florida to reflect the growth in operations and to address increasing client demand. As part of the restructure, Larry Richey has been named Florida Market Leader, and Wanda Riley, Florida Operations Director.

“Our goal is to support our organizational commitment to better align our services and resources reflecting demand from our clients,” said Bill Magner, President of Cushman & Wakefield’s U.S. Markets. “This move will allow us to better integrate and deliver collaborative solutions to our clients.”

Cushman & Wakefield currently operates in Florida with six corporate offices and one affiliate office, combined totaling 107 brokers and 279 professionals.

Mr. Richey has been with the firm 33 years, the last 23 as market leader for C&W offices in Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville – building all three into market-leading operations. According to local business publications, Cushman & Wakefield’s central Florida offices are consistently ranked among the top commercial real estate services firms in each of the markets where it operates. In his new role, Mr. Richey adds C&W’s South Florida offices to his responsibilities.

“We take great pride in the work we do for our clients, and this new structure will allow us to collaborate more between the Florida markets and build stronger relationships that support our clients across the state and beyond,” said Mr. Richey.

Ms. Riley has been the Director of Operations for C&W’s Orlando and Jacksonville offices for the last 14 years. In her new role she oversees and directs the operational, financial, and facility management of all offices in the state.

“Florida represents a strong region for our firm. Under this new organization and leadership we expect to increase collaboration and demonstrate our understanding of our clients’ needs and goals,” said Mr. Magner.
