Emerio’s “Shared Helpdesk Project” Receives “ITO Project Of The Year” Award from Outsourcing Malaysia

One of Emerio’s ITO projects was recognised in Outsourcing Malaysia’s OM Excellence Awards 2014.

The prestigious OM Excellence Awards recognises the best practices of Malaysian companies that did extremely well in driving their company’s business value and helped boost Malaysia’s standing in the global sourcing market.

The awards are aligned with the International Association of Outsourcing Professional’s (IAOP) global standards, which are acknowledged and adhered to by the industry throughout the world to promote best practices and advance value creation in the sourcing industry.
